RM Synergy Group Ltd (TfL Private Hire Operator Licence No. 12029) is the data controller for information collected through our booking services.
When you book a journey, we collect: your name, contact details (phone/email), journey details (pickup, destination, date/time), and payment information.
We use your information to confirm bookings, arrange your journey, process payment, and meet our legal obligations under Transport for London (TfL) regulations.
We retain booking records for a minimum of 12 months as required by TfL, and longer where legally required.
Your journey details are shared with your assigned driver to complete the booking. We do not sell your data.

We use secure systems and limit access to your data to staff who need it to complete bookings.
